Current Behaviour:
On the Careers page, when a user fills out the Job Application Form with valid details and clicks Submit, the system shows this error message at the top: “Failed to send confirmation email. Please try again later.”
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, the system should be applied successfully. A success message should be displayed (e.g., “Your application has been submitted successfully”).
- A confirmation email should be sent to the applicant.
