In both web and mobile browser views, the yellow underline below the “All Pages” and “Policies” headings in the footer section is not displayed completely.

Expected Behaviour:

Instead, the yellow underline should be displayed fully and consistently under the “All Pages” and “Policies” headings in the footer section.
