Current Behaviour:
The hand cursor appears, indicating that the links are clickable. When clicked, the page scrolls up to the top.
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, for all the individual courses, these links should not trigger a scroll or redirect action. If not functional, they should not appear clickable. The hand cursor (pointer) should be removed for inactive links.
