open(Courses – Cloud & DevOps) Popular Course Categories – Clicking on course items scrolls the page to the top issue:

Current Behaviour:
Scroll down to the Popular Course Categories section.
- Hover over the course options like Selenium, Python, or Cyber Security. The hand cursor appears, indicating the links are clickable. When clicked, the page scrolls up to the top instead of opening or linking to the respective course details.
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, for all individual courses: Clicking on these items should not trigger a scroll or redirect action if no functionality is assigned. The hand cursor (pointer) should be removed for inactive/non-functional links.
