Current Behaviour:

The user enters numbers or special characters in the Full Name field (example: Lakshmi123@!#) No validation message is displayed.

Expected Behaviour:
Instead, the Full Name field should not allow numbers or special characters.
  • A proper error/validation message should display, such as: “Full Name cannot contain numbers or special characters.”
Root Cause:
Funcational Gap
Root Cause Detail:

* The user enters numbers or special characters in the Full Name field (example: Lakshmi123@!#) No validation message is displayed.
* Instead, the Full Name field should not allow numbers or special characters.
* A proper error/validation message should display, such as: “Full Name cannot contain numbers or special characters.”
