Current Behaviour:
- In the Phone Number field, the system allows the user to enter letters, special characters, and non-numeric values. The field does not restrict input to digits only.
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, when the user enters letters or special characters, a validation message should appear, such as: “Please enter a valid phone number.”
