Current Behaviour:
- Admin → Branch Management, the Show dropdown displays only 8 / 12 / 16 options. When a value (e.g., 16) is selected, the text shows “Showing 1–16 of 20 Branches, but all 20 records are still displayed.
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, the Show dropdown should display 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and All options.
- Based on the selected value, the same number of branch records should be displayed correctly.

Root Cause Detail:
* Admin → Branch Management, the Show dropdown displays only 8 / 12 / 16 options. When a value (e.g., 16) is selected, the text shows “Showing 1–16 of 20 Branches, but all 20 records are still displayed.
* Instead, the Show dropdown should display 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and All options.
* Based on the selected value, the same number of branch records should be displayed correctly.
