Current Behaviour:
- In the Post a Job / Create Job form, the Job Description section allows the user to enter and submit a single character (e.g., “s”) without showing any validation error.
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, the Job Description field should have minimum character validation (for example, at least 50 characters) and should not allow submission with a single character.
