open(Super Admin) Dashboard page -- Active Jobs and Total Jobs navigation redirects incorrectly and shows the wrong count issue:

Current Behaviour:
On the (Super Admin) Dashboard page, clicking on Active Jobs or Total Jobs navigates to an incorrect page.
- The job count displayed for Active Jobs and Total Jobs is incorrect and does not match the actual data.
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, the Clicking on Active Jobs should navigate to the Active Jobs listing page.
- Clicking on Total Jobs should navigate to the All Jobs listing page.
- The job count displayed should be accurate and match the actual number of jobs in the system.
