(Job Seeker) Profile manage Resume deleted button not working issue:

Current Behaviour:
  • In the Job Seeker Profile Manage section, when the user clicks the Delete (trash) icon for the resume, the success message “Resume deleted successfully” is displayed, but the resume file is still visible and not actually removed.
Expected Behaviour:

Instead, when the user clicks the Delete (trash) icon, the resume should be completely removed from the Profile Manage section and should no longer be displayed.

Root Cause Detail:

* In the Job Seeker Profile Manage section, when the user clicks the Delete (trash) icon for the resume, the success message “Resume deleted successfully” is displayed, but the resume file is still visible and not actually removed.
* Instead, when the user clicks the Delete (trash) icon, the resume should be completely removed from the Profile Manage section and should no longer be displayed.

Description
