Current Behaviour:
- In the Create Recruiter form, the Select or Enter Branch dropdown does not display any branch data. When clicked, it shows “No options”, preventing the user from selecting a branch.
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, in the Create Recruiter form, the Select or Enter Branch dropdown should display the available branch list and allow the user to select or enter a branch.
