Current Behaviour:
- After filling all required fields in the Post Job form and clicking the Post a Job button, the job is not created, and an error message is displayed: “Exception occurred while job creation.”
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, after filling all required fields and clicking the Post Job button, the job should be created successfully, and the user should be redirected to the jobs list or see a success confirmation message.

* After filling all required fields in the Post Job form and clicking the Post a Job button, the job is not created, and an error message is displayed: “Exception occurred while job creation.”
