Current Behaviour:
- On the Job Offers page, the Total Offers count and Pending count are displaying the same number (1), even though they represent different statuses.
Expected Behaviour:
- Total Offers should display the total number of all offers.
- Pending should display only the number of offers with pending status.
- Both counts should be calculated separately and display correct values.

Reopening this issue because the Pending count is still incorrect. There are 2 released job offers, but the Pending count shows 0.
