Current Behaviour:
- When the user clicks on the “View All Expertise Areas” button in the Expertise Domains section on the Technologies page, the button does not respond.
Expected Behaviour:
- Clicking the “View All Expertise Areas” button should redirect users to the appropriate page displaying all expertise areas.
