open(Super Admin) Dashboard Active Users Count Does Not Match User Management Job Seekers Count issue:

Current Behaviour:
- On the Super Admin Dashboard, the Active Users count shows 64.
- When clicking on Active Users, it navigates to the User Management → Job Seekers tab, where only 36 job seekers are displayed.
Expected Behaviour:
- The count displayed on the Dashboard (64 Active Users) should match the total number of active users shown after navigation, or the navigation should clearly reflect all 64 active users instead of only 36 job seekers.
