open(Super Admin) Dashboard – Flagged Items count is incorrect, and navigation redirects to the Notifications page instead of the Flagged Content issue:

Current Behaviour:
- The Flagged Items count is displayed incorrectly on the Dashboard.
- When clicking the Flagged Items card, the system navigates to the Notifications page
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, the Flagged Items count should display the correct number based on actual flagged content.
- When clicking the Flagged Items card, the system should navigate to the Flagged Content page and display the list of flagged items.
