Current Behaviour:
- When the Super Admin clicks on the View Details button for an Individual Recruiter, the “Save Changes” button is displayed even though no changes have been made.
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, the “Save Changes” button should be removed and not displayed when no changes are made.
