Current Behaviour:
- On the Offers Management dashboard, the Accepted count is displayed as 0, and the Acceptance Rate shows 0%, even though candidates have been marked as Offered.
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, the Accepted count and Acceptance Rate should display correct values based on accepted offers.
