- The State Medical Council and Registration Number fields are currently shown in the second position. The email ID is currently displayed in the fourth position.
Expected Behaviour:
- Instead, the Email ID should be displayed in the second position on the form.
- State Medical Council and Registration Number fields should be moved to the fourth position on the form.
