openCareers page – Apply Now section -- Message field accepts too few characters without showing a validation error issue:

Current Behaviour:
Careers page, Apply Now section. In the Message field, enter only 2 letters (e.g., “Hi”). No validation message is displayed. The system accepts the input.
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, the System should display a validation message, e.g., “Message must be at least 10 characters long,” and should not allow form submission.
