When the Course field is left blank and submitted, no validation message is displayed to inform the user that the field is required.
Instead, if the Course field is left blank, the system should display a validation message such as: “Please select a course” or “Course field is required.”

When the Course field is left empty and the user clicks Submit Application, a proper validation message should be displayed below the field — e.g., “Please select a course.”
