Current Behaviour:
- When the user manually enters a skill in the Skill field and another skill in the “Add Other Skill” field and clicks the Add button, an incorrect validation message appears: “Skill category 'Tools/Skills' not found in Main DB.”
Expected Behaviour:
The manual skill entered in Add Other Skill should be successfully added to the skills list when the user clicks the Add button.

When clicking the Add button in the Key Skills section, the skill gets added successfully, but an error/validation message is shown at the top-right of the page.
