Current Behaviour:
- When the user manually enters a skill in the Skill field and another skill in the “Add Other Skill” field and clicks the Add button, an incorrect validation message appears: “Skill category 'Tools/Skills' not found in Main DB.”
Expected Behaviour:
The manual skill entered in Add Other Skill should be successfully added to the skills list when the user clicks the Add button.
