Current Behaviour:
- The icons/cards in the Career Paths section are not aligned properly. Some blocks appear vertically misaligned, creating uneven spacing.
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, all icons and career path cards should be properly aligned in a symmetric layout.
- Equal horizontal & vertical spacing should be maintained for a clean, professional appearance.
