Bug #1883
openServices –Select the services, clicks on the Schedule a free consultation button – Get Expert Consultation form accepts invalid input and shows a success message issue:
100%
- On the Services → Cyber Security page, when the user clicks Schedule a Free Consultation, the Get Expert Consultation form opens.
- If the user enters invalid details (name, numbers, special characters, invalid phone number, invalid designation/city, etc.) and clicks the Submit button, the system still displays a success message: “Your enquiry has been submitted successfully!”
Instead, the form should validate all input fields properly. If invalid details are entered, the system should display appropriate validation error messages below the respective input fields and should not allow form submission until all inputs are valid.
