Current Behaviour:
- When clicking the Edit button, after editing the fields and saving the certification, an error message is displayed. Additionally, the Delete button is not working for certifications
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, the When editing a certification and clicking the Save button, the changes should be saved successfully without displaying any error message.
When clicking the Delete button, the certification should be removed successfully.
