(Recruiter) Notifications & Moderation page – Notifications not displayed issue:

Current Behaviour:
  • When the recruiter navigates to Notifications → Notifications & Moderation page, no notifications are displayed under All Notifications.
  • Clicking the Refresh button shows an error message: “Refresh Failed – Failed to load notifications”.
Expected Behaviour:

Instead, the Notifications & Moderation page should load and display all available notifications correctly.
Clicking the Refresh button should successfully reload notifications without showing an error message.

Root Cause Detail:

* When the recruiter navigates to Notifications → Notifications & Moderation page, no notifications are displayed under All Notifications.
* Clicking the Refresh button shows an error message: “Refresh Failed – Failed to load notifications”.
* Instead, the Notifications & Moderation page should load and display all available notifications correctly.
