open(Admin) Notifications page -- Profile Completion Status not updating after adding phone number and profile picture issue:

- On the Admin → Notifications page, the system displays pending action messages “Please add phone number” and “Please upload profile picture” under Profile Completion Status, even though the phone number and profile picture are already added to the admin profile. The profile completion status remains at 75% and does not update accordingly.
Instead, after the admin has successfully added a phone number and profile picture, the Profile Completion Status should update correctly, the completion percentage should reflect the latest profile details, and the pending action messages should no longer be displayed on the Notifications page.
