Current Behaviour:
- On the Admin Dashboard page, the Hiring Pipeline section displays dummy/sample data (e.g., Applications 248, Screening 186, Interviews 45, etc.) instead of real-time system data.
Expected Behaviour:
Instead, the Hiring Pipeline section should display actual, real-time data based on the current job postings and candidate progress in the system.
