Current Behaviour:
- When the Super Admin clicks on View Details and attempts to change the ticket status, the system displays an error message: “Failed to update ticket status.” The status is not updated.
Expected Behaviour:
- When the Super Admin changes the ticket status in View Details, the status should update successfully, and a confirmation message (e.g., “Status updated successfully”) should be displayed without any error.
