 * When clicking the Super Admin clicks on View Details Upload New Logo button, the button does not respond, and attempts to change the ticket status, the system displays an error message: “Failed to update ticket status.” The status no file upload dialog is not updated.

 * When clicking the Upload New Logo button, the system should open the file selection dialog, allow the Super Admin changes the ticket status in View Details, the status should update to select a logo file, upload it successfully, and update the current logo with a confirmation message (e.g., “Status updated successfully”) should be displayed without any error. message.
