Current Behaviour:
  • When the Admin clicks the Send Message button for a Recruiter, a validation error message is displayed:
  • “Chat Initiation Failed. Admin cannot initiate chat with RECRUITER.”
Expected Behaviour:

Instead, the Admin should be able to successfully initiate a chat with the Recruiter, or the Send Message button should be disabled or hidden if chat is not allowed for the Recruiter role, with a clear informational message displayed.

* When the Admin clicks the Send Message button for a Recruiter, a validation error message is displayed:
